General Terms and Conditions Prices and Payments Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Occasionally an error may occur with our Web Site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. Etiler Limited cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e.mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse to supply you at our discretion. General Conditions If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate. When you place an order for age restricted goods, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to order certain goods. Delivery Of Goods Orders under 1000g will be despatched with Royal Mail Signed For (unless otherwise stated) delivery aim is next working day. If no-one is available to accept goods, items will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office where they will await collection or a request for re-delivery, a signature is required. If your parcel is not collected within one week, any items will be returned to Etiler Ltd, if re-delivery is then requested by the customer, a further delivery charge will be applied. Orders over 1000g will be despatched with a courier service, delivery aim 3 working days (unless otherwise stated). Items must be signed for, no responsibility is accepted by Etiler Ltd, for any alternate delivery details as organised by the customer e.g requests for items to be left without a signature. Couriers will attempt delivery once, if delivery fails (because there is no-one to sign for goods or no note is left) any further attempts to deliver goods WILL render extra charges. For overseas and special delivery costs please email us using the contact us form. When Etiler has delivered the goods, the customer will be responsible for their safe keeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage, or usage other than outlined in the relevant products instructions. If the customer delays a delivery, Etilers Ltd responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the initial date the product should have originally been delivered. Ownership of the goods shall remain with Etiler Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until the agreed price for them, together with all payments due from the customer to Etiler Ltd have been received in full. To the extent permitted by law, Etiler Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed by English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us. Contracts are made and accepted subject to these terms and conditions of sale. ‘Etiler’ means Etiler Ltd and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business; “We and Us” means Etiler Ltd either alone or together with you, as the context requires; ‘Working Day’ means every day of the year except weekends and English statutory and public holidays; “You” means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions. Security Returns and Cancellations In general this enables you to return unused goods, in a re-saleable condition with their original packing, within seven days of receiving them, if you wish to cancel the contract . You will receive a full refund for the cost of the goods (excluding shipping costs). If you do so then you are responsible for the cost of postage or shipping for returning goods. Shipping costs for faulty goods will be reimbursed once we receive and accept the goods as being faulty. Proof of shipping costs incurred will be required along with your original receipt.
