How do I cut a curve?

 Score a straight line from each end point of the curve and snap this off normally. Then nibble out the remaining part of the curve with tile nippers.  See our selection in miscellaneous hand tools.

 How do I Make pipe holes in Porcelain, Granite or Travertine Tiles?

 Buy a hole cutting attachment for your electric drill. We supply diamond hole cutters which are suitable for ceramic and porcelain (always use with cooling system & guide). This will give you a perfect smooth hole in the correct position. For tiling round existing pipes you then need to split the tile in half (using your normal cutter) across the centre of this hole. You then place each half back round the pipe.

How many tiles will I need?

Measure the room to be tiled, and then use our tiling calculator as a guide.

How can I achieve a smooth finish to my silicone sealant?

Use a silicone finisher and dab with a mixture of detergent and water, then smooth over your seal.

What is the best way to cut tiles around toilets and sinks?

Etiler reccomend that the best way would be to remove sanitary ware and tile underneath.  If it is not possible to remove it, then you need to trace around the profile of the base with a tile shaping template (tracing tool).  Once you have traced the shape, you can then transfer this to the tile.  Etiler Tip; you can cut out a template of your tile using paper or a cereal box to plan out your shape before you transfer it to the tile!

How do I change my USERNAME & PASSWORD?

1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab
2. Enter your current username and password (your username is usually your email address) if you have forgotten your password click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow instructions.
3. Click on ACCOUNT INFORMATION
4. Enter a new username and password in the boxes provided (you can also update your contact information in this section) Once complete click on the blue floppy disc icon (top right) this will save your changes.

How can I add a new shipping address?

1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab
2. Click on SHIPPING INFORMATION
3. Click on ADD ADDRESS
4. Complete the form
5. Click SAVE

Where can I view my orders?

1. Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab
2. Click on ORDER INFORMATION
3. Your previous orders are available to view and print

If I buy natural stone tiles what do I need to seal them/protect them?
