Etiler says "If you are going to buy any of our Etiler Diamond Drill Bits then you will need this.  This is our indispensable Etiler Cooling System and Drill Guide.  Use the suction cup to attatch the drill guide to the tile, adjust the diamond drill guide to the correct size for the drill bit you are using, attatch the water feed pipe from the water bottle to the nossle above the drill guide, fill the water bottle with water and then "pump" leaver to create pressure and then flick the release switch on the bottle.  You will see a constant stream of water being pumped over your diamond drill bit.
