Etiler says "These emulsifying pads, or scrub pads, are a fantastic addition to any tilers tool box.  Included in the price are 2 different pads, one very coarse and one fine in texture.  They are used for buffing up tiles and cleaning of grout when it has been left to go off on the tile.  The coarse pad is for buffing up floor tiles, non marking tiles and also for removing epoxy grout from the surface of tiles.  The Softer pad is for buffing up ceramic, glass and the removal of wall grout from the surface of tiles."
